Luxury home sales continue to rise in the Sacramento region from where they were in 2013, with a 33-percent gain in sales for homes of $900,000 and above during the second quarter of 2014. Since April, homes priced between $900,000 and $1.5 million have averaged 41 sales a month, according to Trendgraphix.
