- Home buyers count closets like they count bedrooms. A homes amount of storage and closet space is very important to todays home buyer. Removing a closet is a bad idea even if your doing it to increase the master bedroom size.
- Most of us have cars that we would like to keep in the garage. When you renovate the garage and turn it into living space your home just became less appealing to most buyers. Keep the garage space for cars not living in.
