Every home is unique and when it comes to determining home values, there seems to be lots of websites out there that tell a seller how much their home is worth. These websites are called “automated valuation model” (AVM) sites, unfortunately, they use statistical data only techniques to calculate property values by comparing it with similar-sized sold homes in an area.
